We only collect the data you provide yourself, and only for the purposes described below. Table bookings are made via our booking partner TheFork — when you book, you submit your details directly to TheFork under their privacy policy. We receive the booking details in order to welcome you.

Legal basis and retention

We process your data to answer your request and provide what you ask for (legal basis: legitimate interest and performance of a contract). We keep the data only as long as needed for the purpose — a catering inquiry is normally deleted when the matter is closed, and at most within twelve months, unless we are required to keep it longer under, for example, accounting law.

We do not share your personal data with anyone other than the service providers required to run the business (e.g. booking, ordering and email), and we never sell your data on for marketing.
